Led Grow Lights
In the field of grow lights, we have extensive experience. We have been developing custom lighting for third parties since 2013. By now we know the ins and outs of these lights. However, we decided not to produce our own fixtures. Our strength is a custom solution created together with the customer. Every company has its own small differences in the cultivation process, and we believe that a universal fixture will never suffice for 100%. We do not go for the 80-20 rule but strive for an optimum. A custom-made fixture that is only changed if and how the customer wants it.
Application
Because every company has its own way of working and of course a different form of production, we find that customization is the key. The numbers of the customers are large enough to provide a customized product. This can entail the balance between the different colors, the control of dimming, the shape and function of a fixture, or other issues that come up in the conversation between the customer and our development team.
Innovation
The optimal light recipe is developed together with the customer. This cooperation is essential for the success of the assignment. We regularly innovate by coming up with smart solutions. For example, in refrigeration, we have developed a system that ensures that the cooling remains intact during the maintenance of the fixtures. Here we always consider the potential growth of algae or mold, condensation layers or other problems that are not desired in the production area.
Optimization
There are various specializations in the horticultural industry. Obviously, tissue culture requires different grow lights than the production of lettuce, for example. A research location, on the other hand, wants luminaires that are fully adjustable. The flexibility of the settings is more important than the price of the fixtures.
We often hear that fixtures are no longer available from manufacturers. That is extremely annoying because your production process is geared to precisely these fixtures. This hardly ever happens with us. We strive to make as few changes as possible that could have an impact on the customer.
Through this optimization a higher production and thus extra turnover will be realized.
